Shipping of Parts and Accessories

Spare parts, accessories, and smaller items may be shipped using standard freight or courier services.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout where applicable or provided as part of a quotation.

If goods appear damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, customers should:

  • Note the issue with the delivery provider where possible; and

  • Contact Forklifts Direct as soon as possible.

Claims relating to freight damage should be reported promptly to allow investigation.

Risk and Ownership

Risk in goods passes to the customer upon delivery or collection.

Ownership of goods remains with Forklifts Direct until full payment has been received and cleared.

Order Tracking

Tracking information may be provided where available through the freight provider.

For large equipment deliveries, updates may be provided directly by our team or transport partners.

Click & Collect

Where available, customers may arrange collection of goods from an agreed location.

Customers must provide proof of purchase and identification where requested before collection.

Risk transfers to the customer upon collection.

Delays and Force Majeure

Forklifts Direct is not liable for shipping delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Freight carrier delays

  • Natural disasters

  • Industrial action

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Government restrictions

  • Severe weather conditions

Lost or Missing Deliveries

If you believe an order has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with the freight provider to investigate the shipment and provide updates where available.
